Refunds and Cancellation

1. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled anytime. After cancellation, access continues through the end of the paid billing period. TownSignal does not provide partial-month refunds.

2. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of the initial annual purchase or renewal. After 14 days, annual subscription fees are not refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing by TownSignal.

3. How to cancel

To cancel, email jbriss@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your company name and the subscription you want to cancel.

4. Access after cancellation

For monthly plans, access remains available through the end of the current paid period. For refunded annual plans, access may end when the refund is processed.

5. Billing errors

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact jbriss@gmail.com. TownSignal will review billing questions in good faith.
